Mr. Wilensky graduated from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law cum laude in May 2015. While in law school, he spent a semester long internship with the Office of the General Counsel at the United States Capitol Police in Washington, DC. He also spent time with a firm in New Jersey doing litigation work throughout law school and worked in a part time internship with the United States Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges.
He routinely works directly on-site with employers on workers compensation matters and advises on ways to mitigate potential liability.
Mr. Wilensky is a member of the Virginia and American Bar Associations, the Federalist Society, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Virginia Bar.”
