PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Bryan has a broad base of experience gained over 20 years practicing in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Texas, and Virginia. Over the years, she has represented companies and individuals in personal injury cases including auto, homeowners, and business claims; construction and environmental law claims; consumer law claims, such as warranty and negligence actions; and insurance defense and insurance coverage cases. She has also represented clients in appellate courts including the intermediate Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Courts of several states.

In addition to extensive experience as a trial lawyer, Ms. Bryan is also a certified mediator with experience in Virginia and Texas. She has been a speaker at various CLE and claims association events. She is a member of the Virginia, Texas, and Minnesota State Bars, the Virginia and Newport News Bar Associations, the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute, the Association of Conflict Resolution, the Tidewater Mediation Network, and the Virginia Mediation Network.
